Ethics & Integrity

At present there is no governance of coaches or of coaching activities.  Ethics, professionalism, managing clients files,

insuring confidentiality and more are all the responsibility of the individual practitioner.  In light of that, A New Horizon stands head shoulders above the rest in that we are clad with with training and we posses either, certificates of course completion or professional certifications in each of the disciplines we coach.  Additionally, we have chosen to align ourselves with the International organization, the Complimentary Therapists Accredited Association (CTAA) which according to their definitions and policies, welcomes coaches.  Membership is optional and provides many, many professional benefits for it’s

practitioners and the services they deliver.  The real benefit of membership with the CTAA is passed on to our clients as intangible assets which gives our clients peace of mind and confidence to know that in the absence of official oversight, we searched far and wide to find a professional umbrella because ethics and integrity are a chief concern to us as it relates to all of our interactions with our clients.
