What began as a simple coaching blog under encouragementiskey.org has grown into a full and independent home for our expanding practice. A New Horizon and it’s blog, Global pathways, are two of the more recent projects of the Encouragement Is Key (EIK) Network — a total of 20+ projects all committed to the Network’s mission of providing encouragement and inspiration to individuals, couples, leaders, and workplace teams. As our coaching work deepened, the vision outgrew its original home and evolved into the fully realized practice that exists today.
Launched as a standalone website on August 9, 2023, A New Horizon Life Coaching now offers professional coaching services nationwide across life, relationship, and executive development. Alongside this site stands its companion publication, Global Pathways Coaching Journal, which also operates as a standalone entity within the Network. Together, A New Horizon and Global Pathways represent the coaching and reflective-development arm of EIK’s broader mission. Although the practice is growing, we remain grounded in a two-person team built on partnership, clarity, and care. On behalf of James W.
