Below, we have provided our fees in comparison to industry averages as drawn from recent sources. We offer comprehensive services, which means we provide options-rich pricing and packages. 1. LIFE COACHING

Industry Average:

  • One U.S. guide puts the average life-coaching session cost at around $90 per session (45-60mins) in the U.S. in 2025. Bark+1

A New Horizon:

  • Single Session: $95 – 45 minutes
  • Single Session: $135 – 60 minutes
  • Packages:
    • Bronze (4 sessions): $360 ($90/session)
    • Silver (8 sessions): $680 ($85/session)
    • Gold (12 sessions): $960 ($80/session)
  • The number of sessions is tailored to each client’s individual need and complexity.
2. RELATIONSHIP / COUPLES COACHING

Industry Average:

  • Note: Relationship/coaching for couples often commands higher rates because of complexity, though specific data is less broadly published.

  • Single Session: $150 – 60 minutes
  • Single Session: $225 – 90 minutes (deep dive)
  • Packages:
    • Foundations (4 sessions): $580 ($145/session)
    • Breakthrough (8 sessions): $1,080 ($135/session)
    • Restoration (12 sessions): $1,500 ($125/session)
  • Session count and pacing are custom-designed based on the couple’s dynamics, history and goals.
3. EXECUTIVE COACHING & CONSULTING

Industry Average:

A. Leadership Level
  • Mid-Level Leaders / First-Line Supervisors: $225/session (60 minutes)
  • Monthly plan: $600 (2 sessions + support)
  • Quarterly plan: $1,650 (6 sessions)
  • Senior Leaders / Directors: $350/session; Monthly $900; Quarterly $2,400
  • C-Suite / Executive Tier: $500/session; Retainer $2,000-$3,500/month depending on scope
B. Corporate Contract Packages
  • 6-Month Leadership Accelerator: $12,000 (includes assessments, diagnostics, etc)
  • 12-Month Executive Engagement: $20,000-$28,000 depending on number of leaders, complexity

Micro-coaching is offered in three cluster sizes for each line of service:

  • Short-Term Pursuits → 5 sessions
  • Intermediate Pursuits → 10 sessions
